报错原因是Eclipse默认是在jre上运行，maven install 编译需要jdk中的编译器，所以需要在eclipse中进行设置，
以上选择完成之后，maven项目pom.xml文件先Maven clean 在进行Maven install之后便不会再报以上错误。
