解决方法:
我遇到了同样的问题.好像主服务器有问题.我将repo baseurl更新为镜像并解决了这个问题：
sudo vi /etc/yum.repos.d/centos.alt.ru.repo
更换：
baseurl=http://centos.alt.ru/repository/centos/6/$basearch/
附：
baseurl=http://mirror.sysadminguide.net/centalt/repository/centos/6/$basearch/
