 8   - conflicting requests
 9   - nothing provides openblas-devel needed by R-core-devel-4.0.5-1.el8.x86_64
10   - nothing provides texinfo-tex needed by R-core-devel-4.0.5-1.el8.x86_64
11 (try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)

2.解决问题：

# 0.

yum install make gcc gcc-c++ libcurl-devel libxml2-devel openssl-devel texlive-*

# 1. 
yum install dnf-plugins-core

# 2. 
yum config-manager --set-enabled powertools
# or
yum config-manager --set-enabled PowerTools

# 3.
yum install R
