select * from tbl__1 ;

3 追加查询条件加and 时间条件要进行转换
小时如下：

to_char(ackbegin,'HH24:mi:ss') >= '11:00:00'

年月日如下：

 to_char(ackbegin,'YYYYMMDD HH24:mi:ss') >= '20220105 02:00:00'

select * from tbl_bill_log_1 
where callerno = xxxxx121113
and  to_char(ackbegin,'YYYYMMDD HH24:mi:ss') >= '20220105 02:00:00'
and  to_char(ackbegin,'YYYYMMDD HH24:mi:ss') <= '20220105 03:00:00'

对某一条件进行升序排列使用order by
升序：

and  to_char(ackbegin,'YYYYMMDD HH24:mi:ss') >= '20220105 02:00:00'
and  to_char(ackbegin,'YYYYMMDD HH24:mi:ss') <= '20220105 03:00:00'

order by  ackbegin  asc

order by  ackbegin  desc
